Saturday Awards "Picnic in the Park" - Dinner Options
No need to stop and pick something up on the way to awards - you can order your dinner when you register and have it waiting for you when you arrive at Kit Carson Park Amphitheater! No dinners will be sold at the venue, so order now! There's something for everyones' palate with these choices:
Whole Costco 18" Pizza (12 slices) - $11.00
Choose cheese, or pepperoni, or vegetarian whole pizza. Because of the health code and our permit, we are not allowed to open the boxes or sell individual slices. Feel free to order and share with another family or friend.
Subway Sandwich Box Dinner - $5.50
Box dinner includes a 6" sub sandwich, chips, and cookie. Sandwich is ham, turkey, and Swiss cheese, with lettuce, tomato, and pickles. Mayo and mustard packets on the side.
Chick-fil-A Chicken Box Dinner - $7.00
Box dinner includes Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich, chips, and cookie. Condiments on side.
Rubio's Chicken Salad - $7.00
Balsamic and Roasted Veggie Salad with Chicken. (Marinated grilled chicken, fire-roasted corn, roasted peppers and onions, avocado, cilantro/onion mix on a butter and spring lettuce mix. Light balsamic vinaigrette on the side.) Note: This is gluten-free.
Do all the above options sound reasonably priced to you? That's because they are! No mark-up. Straight cost being passed on to you. That being said, the boxed meals below are also our exact price. No mark-up. We just want you to know that these are the lowest negotiated prices we could arrange with the campus food provider.

Boxed meals will be picked up at the C-Store during shop hours, and outside that venue when dinner goes beyond store operating hours.
Breakfast Option A: Breakfast pastry with a piece of seasonal whole fruit and bottled water - $5.50
Breakfast Options B: Yogurt cup topped with granola and accompanied by a piece of seasonal whole fruit and bottled water - $5.50
Lunch and/or Dinner Option C: Peanut butter and jelly sandwich on white bread with a bag of chips and bottled water - $5.50
Lunch and/or Dinner Option D: Turkey deli meat on whole wheat bread accompanied by lettuce and tomato (mayo & mustard on the side) with a bag of chips and bottled water - $7.00
Lunch and/or Dinner Option E: Savory ham deli meat and American cheese on whole wheat bread (mayo & mustard on the side) with a bag of chips and bottled water - $7.00
Lunch and/or Dinner Option F: Fresh vegetable and hummus wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla with a bags of chips and bottled water - $7.00
Food Court Options & Hours - NEW!!!
Originally there were hot lunch and dinner options that were offered by the university. Things have changed, we think for the better. Instead of a minimal variety of choices at high prices (lunches were $9 and dinners were $11), the university food court will be open Monday through Friday from 11:00AM to 5:30PM and offer a wide range of choices at much more reasonable prices. Originally, all hot lunches and dinners were to be consumed on the premises, but now they may be purchased to-go, which will be helpful for those competing beyond the operating hours.
